I am a global researcher who is fascinated by the world, by culture, by people and our unique contexts and stories.  My mixed background (Scottish-Persian) has contributed to my openness and curiosity of the world. At Between Us, I work with the editorial team to identify the core insights and learnings from our global explorations.

I’m English-Scottish-Irish by heritage, but I’ve lived for over a decade now in Colombia. I’ve made my home in the cloud forests of Colombia’s Andean mountains. I love hosting meaningful gatherings, guiding workshops, and offering a calm, green space for anyone looking to slow life down a little and come back to the essentials.

Part of the RESPIRA community of mindfulness facilitators in Colombia, I offer both personalized and group mindfulness sessions online and in schools. I recently started facilitating ‘The Work that Reconnects’, a transformative, deep ecology group work that helps us face the challenges of our times but also discover what we feel called to do in reorienting towards a kinder, fairer and more life-sustaining world.
