Open and Active Listening

Listening is a key life skill that most of us are not taught. It's a muscle that needs building so that we can continue to stay open and present when we are inevitably exposed to opposing ideas or complex feelings.

Rooted Vulnerability

Vulnerability leads to deeper connections, yet being vulnerable can generate fear. When we balance “opening up” with “creating boundaries,” we can bring courage and safety to our conversations.

Body Presence

Expanding our capacity to feel all of our feelings and stay present in our bodies is the foundation of our emotional resilience – and how we can remain calm and present when conversations get uncomfortable.
